“About two weeks ago, I made an appointment for six month maintenance which I have been doing for the past several years without problems. I was expecting them in the early morning today. After several attempts to call, all I get are a busy signal. I’m wondering if something is going on with the company. I see that someone else found them unresponsive on October 8. Does not sound good.”

“It’s been more than a month waiting for a compressor replacement under warranty, no calls, to inform updates, no returned calls after calling to ask what’s going on, had to purchase portable air conditioner units during the heat wave, I think it will take longer now for giving them one star for service, not recomended”

Marjorie,

I apologize for your frustration and certainly understand your concerns with the turn around time. We have not been provided with your contact information when asked for it, so please feel free to contact me by phone or email.

To help provide some insight, this equipment was installed by another company and we were able to offer a warranty repair from the manufacturer for the failed compressor. Due to the 2025 changes in the HVAC industry there are significant delays in product/parts availability. We exhausted all efforts to locate a compressor locally and unfortunately we were forced to wait for the factory to ship the compressor to the distributor. This was communicated to Eleazar.

In speaking with Eleazar I confirmed that the compressor had arrived and he and Vanessa scheduled the repair for Monday 10/13. I do believe while we had left a few messages on Eleazar’s voicemail Phoenix should have been more proactive with other methods of communication. Let me assure you that leaving a review with concerns will not impact your repair. In fact, I see your feed back as an opportunity for Phoenix to evaluate our short comings. We should have done a better job of communicating the delay’s in receiving the product.
