General Program Rules
- This program is administered by Phoenix Air Conditioning & Heating
- Program period is from 1/1/2025 to 12/31/2025. Phoenix Air Conditioning reserves the right to terminate this program, in whole or in part, at its discretion with 30 days notification to participating parties.
- Rewards from Phoenix Air Conditioning & Heating will be paid with a Visa Gift Card once installation is complete and payment has been made. Please allow 30 days after installation and payment. Physical addresses and other required information must be provided in order to process gift cards.
- Phoenix Air Conditioning & Heating employees, it’s suppliers, distributors, affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this referral program. A person cannot refer themselves as a client.
- Cannot be combined with any other Phoenix Air Conditioning promotion or special pricing offer.
Referring Homeowner (Existing Phoenix Air Conditioning & Heating Client) Qualifications:
- Homeowner has been a client of Phoenix Air Conditioning and Heating within the past seven years. There is no limit on the number of referrals from an existing Phoenix Air Conditioning and Heating client. Referring customer must register the referral on our website in advance of project quotation. The referral form must be submitted as first point of contact with the referral customer to be considered for a referral reward.
